How many of my puppies do you think have ended up in rescue? Yeah you’re right, none. Why do you think that is? Because for me, breeding is a lifelong commitment. I have had a family get 9 of my dogs over the 26 years I have been breeding. Several have had more then 2 and many who have gotten more then one over time. Why? Because they are well bred with temperament and health my first concern. Why?
Because most of my puppies go to loving pet homes not to other breeders or people who show. I do have some of these repeat buyers who get their dog sport dogs from me. They are also pets living in their homes with them and their kids and sometimes grandkids. These homes where they are you constant companions mean more to me then a show home who may or may not compete. I absolutely do not care for my dogs to sit in kennel runs and not interacting with the family. I don’t want my dogs to become a commodity!
